Flushed Sky

A small capsule collection of three dresses and three tops inspired by the sky. Specifically if you were able to adventure out to the beach and look out beyond the horizon. My favorite escape is to go to the beach and walk on the sand watching the sunset finding inspiration in the whimsical shape of the clouds wrapped in the beauty and elegance of the fading sun. In light of that, I wanted to bring comfortable looks with the bright colors of the sky back into the home for women to wear. With dresses made out of light silk satins, and charmeuses.

For design elements I incorporated pull string and cut out details in the looks. For silhouettes I was greatly inspired by the beautiful boxy dresses of the 1920s mixed in with modern ideas.
